
Rivkah Hanssen
Coordinator
Rivkah is originally from Colorado and has been living in northern Israel with her family for over 13 years. She has worked in education, formal and informal, for over 35 years and is currently teaching English in the local high school as well as teaching in smaller afternoon and evening programs. Since her arrival in Israel, Rivkah has participated in, as well as organized, numerous cooperative learning programs for Arab and Jewish educators and students. Dedicated to peacebuilding in her corner of the volatile Middle East, she got involved with CFP over a year ago and helped develop a new and successful First Year Summer Camp Experience in Israel which she is currently planning again for the upcoming summer. She is thrilled to be associated with the important work that CFP does in bringing people together for a brighter and better future.

Yasmine Masri
Coordinator (Galilee Regtion)
Yasmine Masri is an English language teacher at a high school in Northern of Israel and a lecturer of English at Sakhnin College. She has over 16 years of experience teaching English in both high school and academic settings. For the past five years, Yasmin Masri has been actively involved in shared society programs that bring Arabs and Jews together. She is passionate about education and strongly believes in the power of learning to promote understanding, strengthen relationships, and build meaningful connections between different communities.

Hala Abusaris
Coordinator
Hala Abusaris is an Arab Muslim who has been volunteering and contributing to her community since middle school. She aims to promote cross cultural understanding and environmental stewardship. Hala is a native Arabic speaker who understands four more languages.
